What You Need to Know
All our items are in stock and ready to be shipped unless you have ordered a pre order item we aim to have these completed within the time frames given on the listing.
Items are always shipped with signature required courier post
Items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days

Returns and Refunds
How It Works
If you are not happy with your purchase you need to let email us within 7 days of receiving your item.
If you are looking for an exchange in size or refund you will need to EMAIL US and return your item with tags attached unworn and clean to 36 Sylvania Drive, Matua, Tauranga 3110
Please check sizing guides we may not always be able to provide a change in size.
We suggest signature required as we cannot process any return that gets lost.
Items that have faults described or are discounted or sale items are not able to be returned or refunded these sales are full and final.
Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:
*items clearly worn or marked
*items with tags removed
*items that have been reduced in price/last chance or clearance
*because you have had a change of mind
